Overview

Elevate your sales career in the dynamic world of ed tech as a Senior Account Executive for the German-speaking markets. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales process, driving revenue growth for our client's innovative enterprise ed tech solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape their expansion in the DACH region and make a lasting impact on the future of education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client acquisition : Proactively identify, engage, and secure new clients using strategic sales tactics to exceed revenue goals.
  • Relationship building : Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering upsell opportunities.
  • Pipeline management : Own and manage the full sales cycle (A to Z), from lead qualification through to deal closure.
  • Sales presentations : Deliver impactful presentations that showcase the value of the solutions, addressing client pain points and demonstrating ROI.
  • Sales strategy : Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, leveraging market insights and competitor intelligence.
  • Negotiations & closing : Lead client negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements to achieve individual and company-wide sales success.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience as a Sales Executive, ideally in SaaS / enterprise software.
  • Proven success selling to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Language skills : Native (or near-native) German and fluent English are required.
