Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety and comfort

Conduct thorough assessments of patient health and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring responses

Educate patients and their families about health conditions and wellness practices

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and outcomes

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care

Participate in continuing education and training initiatives to improve nursing skills

Qualifications Must possess a valid nursing degree and be eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland

A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient care

Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic healthcare team

Commitment to ethical nursing practices and maintaining high standards of care
