We are looking for a Senio r Software Development Engineer, (Front End) to be part of a development team that is responsible for the development, design and implementation of new or modified software products or ongoing business projects. Under the supervision of the team leader, he / she participates in development of the product following the methodologies used in the project and participates in the continuous improvement process. Leading the front end architecture This position is Hybrid (Remote 3 days and Presential 2 day per week) : Av. Can Montcau, 7, Lliçà d' Amunt, Barcelona Key Accountabilities : Performs software engineering activities including software requirements, understanding architecture, design, implementation and test independently. Lead software development activities within projects at technical or at project level. Developing SW following company procedures. Able to complete somewhat ambiguous problems and defect fixing with its corresponding test. Works across the full stack, or focused in back-end or front-end, building scalable solutions that drive positive user experiences and measurable business impact Develop new software features and infrastructure elements in support of priority business and solution requirements. Ensures application performance, uptime, risk mitigation, scalability, and high code / application quality Uses agile engineering practices and various software development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the organization’s technology stack Collaborate with other squad members to implement user stories, write tests, and continuously deliver new / improved product functionality. Will design and build software that is simple and scalable. Will write maintainable code. Will be able to review and give feedback for technical and architecture documentation. Enough to cover your work autonomously and the environment where it works with some detail, however, you know when you must consult the experts on the issues that appear on the projects May take on Scrum Master responsibilities when needed. The ideal candidate for this position : Analytical capacity to understand the problems and with troubleshooting. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task. Experience on CSS, HTML5, Java Script, Type Script and Node JS. Experience with IDEs such as Visual Studio Code or Intelli J IDEA. Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns. Good grasp on unit testing and automation testing. Experience with continuous integration and deployment (Jenkins / Sona Qube). Good understanding of Git / Bitbucket. Some knowledge in UX and development of responsive applications for mobile / tablet will be valued. Knowledge of and experience with source / version control systems, such as GIT, etc Desirable Experience developing Web client applications Experience with change management tool : JIRA Experience in Agile methodology : SCRUM Experience in Regulated environments.
