The Product Innovation & Development team is based in Seville . As part of this group, you will join a multidisciplinary team of highly qualified engineers in power electronics, control systems, firmware, software, hardware, test & validation, and mechanical systems. You will contribute to the development of innovative modular converter platforms for grid-connected and DC applications. How You’ll Make An Impact

• Define and execute test plans for power electronics systems and components.
• Design, implement, and optimise test benches for the validation of converters and subsystems.
• Perform functional, performance, and stress tests in both lab and field environments.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret measurement data, generating clear and reusable technical reports.
• Ensuring testing activities comply with applicable standards and safety regulations.
• Support hardware, firmware, and software teams in debugging and resolving detected issues.
• Contribute to the automation of test procedures and efficiency improvements.
• Participate in the prototype implementation and validation phases.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and manuals related to test activities.
