Identity Security Specialist

Overview We are currently looking for an Identity Security Specialist to join our technical team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical skills and experience to drive business success.

Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and evolving a CIAM platform based on SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC). Key tasks include analysis and resolution of technical incidents, configuration and support in SAML and OIDC federation integrations, HTTP trace analysis and debugging of authentication / authorization flows, and direct interaction with technical and functional client teams.

Key Responsibilities Incident Analysis and Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting the identity platform, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

SAML and OIDC Federation Integrations : Configure and maintain secure connections between systems using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols.

Authentication and Authorization Flows : Investigate and debug complex authentication and authorization scenarios to ensure seamless user experiences.

Client Collaboration : Engage with technical and functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have :

A strong foundation in federated identity protocols, including SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

Experience with web servers, particularly Apache HTTP Server.

Familiarity with reverse proxies, such as Apache as reverse proxy and Spring Cloud Gateway.

Expertise in HTTP traffic analysis, including headers, cookies, parameters, and status codes.

Understanding of identity and access management concepts, including IAM / CIAM.

Basics knowledge of web security, including HTTPS, CORS, and JWT tokens.
