Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our Site & Service Sales organization across Europe and North Africa. This role carries full accountability for driving growth strengthening customer partnerships and ensuring operational excellence across a large and diverse regional team. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction developing senior leaders and positioning the organization for long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to a large multi-country sales and service organization ensuring strong collaboration and execution across functions.
  • Define and deliver the regional strategy for growth, customer engagement and service excellence.
  • Drive transformation initiatives including digitalization ERP rollouts and process improvements to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Oversee customer-facing activities from proposal handling and order management to delivery performance and warranty management ensuring best-in-class service.
  • Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to maximize commercial outcomes, cost efficiency and inventory management.
  • Lead organizational development by mentoring senior managers and building a strong high-performing leadership pipeline.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability and compliance embedding FLSmidth values across the region.
  • Act as a key member of the regional leadership team contributing to broader EMEA strategy and execution.

What Were Looking For

  • Demonstrated success leading large complex sales and service organizations in industrial or capital equipment industries.
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into actionable results.
  • Experience in leading large teams through transformation (systems processes or business model).
  • Excellent leadership communication and influencing skills across diverse geographies and cultures.
  • Ability to build trusted customer relationships while driving profitable growth.
