Finance Transformation Expert

Overview We are seeking highly motivated professionals interested in developing their career in Management Consulting to join our Finance Strategy & Transformation practice.

Job Description

As part of our team, you will drive the CFO transformational agenda, helping our clients to revisit their operating strategy, streamline their processes, and boost their analytical capabilities. Our portfolio services include engagements such as operating models design, global transformation programs management, process reengineering and digitalization, enterprise performance management models definition. You will work closely with our clients from the envisioning and conceptualization of target models and solutions to their actual implementation, getting exposure to the end-to-end project cycle and contributing to their effective business transformation through different levers : processes, organization, technology, governance and management models.

Your Role You will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis following the methodologies, extract, suggest and conclusions to the rest of the team.

You will elaborate the project deliverables according to quality standards and established schedules, under the supervision of senior associates.

You will collaborate on conducting workshops, interviews and other client interactions.

You will provide support and guidance to less experienced consultants in the analysis and generation of deliverables.

You will collaborate in the development of new offerings, proposals and commercial approaches.

Your Background You must have a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent. MBA or MSc in Management or Finance are a plus.

You must have at least 2 years of experience in management consulting (strategy & operations). Client-side experience in strategy, organization, project management and finance functions are valuable.

You must have knowledge of market leading IT solutions (SAP, Anaplan, Workiva, Servicenow...) and cutting-edge technologies (Generative AI / ML, IPA / RPA, iBPM, Process Mining...) are highly desirable.

You must be fluent in English and Spanish, with international exposure. Other languages are a plus.

What We Expect You must have sound knowledge of finance and back-office business processes (order to cash, procure to pay, record to report,...).

You must have deep understanding of finance concepts and business performance metrics, and their impact in the Financial Statements.

You must have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Able to effectively communicate complex ideas and issues to different interlocutors.

You must be a quality-driven professional, with accuracy and attention to detail.

You must have client and results orientation.

You must be a proactive, autonomous and committed contributor.

You must be a team player. Collaborative attitude and experience working remotely with multidisciplinary teams and across different countries.

You must be willing to travel when required.
