About the role :

As the Payroll Senior Specialist , you will contribute to payroll operations within our SAP MPS (Managed Payroll Services) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service organization. Your responsibilities include payroll delivery assurance, supporting continuous payroll processes, managing payroll policies, controls, compliance, and reporting to authorities. You will coordinate payroll service delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, and support process improvements.

Responsibilities include :

  • Drive process improvements and handle process deviations.
  • Manage change orders and ensure process standards are followed.
  • Maintain SOPs, DWIs, and process documentation.
  • Develop and deliver training to team members.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Process complex payroll cases and support system updates.
  • Participate in system testing, implementations, and year-end activities.

Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years in payroll outsourcing, with practical experience in Employee Central Payroll and payroll control centre.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering payroll services to multinational clients.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Finnish.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, and integration tools.
  • Certifications like CPP, CPS, or CPM are advantageous.
