Accounting Expert / Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Control of manufacturing information systems, including the timely and accurate preparation and reporting of forecasts, budgets and monthly management accounts.
• Lead, train and develop employees in the Controlling Department.
• Drive the factory to the targeted performance, implementing tight budgetary control over spending and highlighting potential savings.
• Prepare monthly factory reporting pack including both financial and non-financial KPIs like material waste rates, productivity, efficiency of machines, stock days, and Capex, along with comments and explanations for financial results and analysis of operational performance of the factory.
• Highlight and report on any significant variances in management accounts and make recommendations as necessary.
