Our client is looking for a Sales professional to provide territory analysis, planning and management, medical expert engagement and insight management for their Onco / Haematology range for Spain.
Responsibilities
Medical Expert engagement, Data dissemination and Insight Gathering
Develop and keep a high scientific and medical knowledge about disease areas, practice trends, clinical developments and competitive landscape associated with relevant products- Develop and maintain "peer-to-peer" scientific relationships with HCP's, prescribers, thought leaders in healthcare, academia as defined in the product plan and within the defined geography- Ensure daily customer contact through one to one meetings,electronic / digital platforms, group meetings, scientific meetings and symposia as necessary- Engage and support on-going scientific and medical dialogue with all relevant customers and stakeholders in line with the designated products within their approved indications and labelling- With approved scientific and medical education materials, make scientific and clinical presentations to medical community as required to promote the correct and optimal use of products in line with the approved label and marketing authorisations- Establish and maintain credibility and trust with key targeted customers to be regarded as a valued, informative and trusted advisor providing customer-centric solutions to all matter concerning products- Gather and provide customer insights to Marketing, Medical teams for progression of knowledge relating to the understanding and use of products
Territory Analysis, Planning and Management
Understand product information and be able to convey key product attributes to inform complainant and optimal use by HCP's- Identify and engage with prescribers, influencers and payors relevant to the portfolio at a local levelccess the product portfolio- Understand and describe the decision-making processes that allow HCPs to access the product portfolio- Understand and describe the patient flow in each hospital, highlighting the key drivers and barriers to achieve goals in the territory- Plan and implement work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area manager- Keep up to date with new developments, anticipate impacts on the business and adapt strategy and deployment accordingly- Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector- Understand and analyse local product and market / therapy area sales data to ensure planned progression of product use and resources are effectively allocated- Develop and maintain account plan templates to include key metrics to identify and improve operational performance- To be familiar and routinely engage with the CRM system to provide insight into activities and up to date local intelligence- Make recommendations for local initiatives or strategies based upon local market access conditions- Deliver agreed launch KPI's and sales targets, effectively and efficiently- Assist with development of a business plan with short, medium and long term objectives in line with the regional and corporate business objectives to drive future business opportunities for product portfolio- Along with marketing and medical departments, help develop and implement local KOL engagement strategy and tactical plans
Be able to respond directly to resource tier 1 (in label) medical information queries as directed- Participate in relevant Scientific Congresses to provide a detailed and documented report to all internal function and enhance Scientific and Medical insights related to the respective product or therapy areas- Maintain his or her in-depth knowledge about the therapeutic area, the current and future practices, new trends and concepts, competitive landscape- Provide timely feedback on emerging clinical / scientific trends at local and National level to internal stake holders- Based on needs assessment and regional product plan, organise medical scientific events as appropriate to convey information related to the product- Support the organisation of Scientific events- Ensure medically relevant and compliant execution of such events (high quality, compliant, accuracy of data, relevant to participants etc)- Be the company representative on site as required
Compliance
Ensure all activities, interactions, communications and partnerships with HCPs, scientific societies and medical institutions are conducted in a compliant manner- Ensure that all activities and interaction comply with policies and SOP's, with all local laws & regulations
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 3-6 years Sales experience in a hospital setting- Knowledge and experience in oncology / hematology, rare diseases- Interpretation of key scientific data and ability to translate this information to meet educational and research nEl anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo : Https : / /
