We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team for a multinational leader in the financial sector .

📌 Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop and optimize data pipelines using SQL and Databricks.
Implement data ingestion and transformation workflows using Spark in distributed environments.
Ensure data governance, lineage, and integrity across all stages of the data architecture.
Collaborate across Data Engineering, Risk, Technology, and Business teams to deliver integrated data solutions.
Contribute to the automation and modernization of manual or legacy data processes and reporting tools.
Participate in the continuous improvement and optimization of data infrastructure.

💡 Skills : Essential :

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or data management, ideally within financial services or Big Data environments.

Strong SQL development skills (complex queries, optimization, window functions, etc.).

Practical experience with Databricks, Spark, or other distributed data platforms.

Knowledge of data modeling, normalization, and data quality best practices.

Degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.).

High level of English (minimum B2).

Desirable :

Certifications or additional training in data platforms or cloud ecosystems.

Experience with Excel, VBA, and Microsoft Office Suite.
