About the position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our operations team in defining, implementing, and optimizing data governance and reporting procedures.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and functional teams to communicate results and findings effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Reporting Procedures : Define and establish operational reporting procedures for consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in reporting processes.
- Reporting Integration : Implement and integrate reporting procedures within our technological stack, optimizing and automating them where possible.
- Report Templates : Develop and standardize operational report templates tailored to different audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance.
- Data Governance : Define and implement data governance procedures for managing operational data across the organization, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and security.
- Data Needs : Identify data needs and gaps in collaboration with internal teams and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
- Data Sharing : Establish clear protocols for data sharing with stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment with business requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and data needs and continuously enhance capabilities.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in operational reporting and data governance.
