Product Owner (50.000€)

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Product Owner to lead the development of innovative solutions that enhance search relevance across digital platforms, including online shops and mobile apps.

Your Mission

Drive the evolution of search functionalities—category pages, brand pages, and full-text search—ensuring users find what they need quickly and intuitively. You’ll play a key role in shaping the product vision and translating it into impactful features that improve user experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and backlog for search relevance, aligning with company and enterprise goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver hybrid search models, recommendation systems, and other advanced solutions.

Translate strategic objectives into actionable tasks, bridging business needs with technical execution.

Partner with stakeholders across markets to gather requirements and prioritize improvements.

Monitor KPIs and user behavior to continuously optimize search performance.

Profile

Academic background in informatics, business informatics, computer science, or a related field.

Strong product mindset with the ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.

Experience in Agile product development; familiarity with e-commerce and search technologies is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and collaborative spirit.

Fluency in English required; German is a plus. Remote work flexibility or office presence in Germany.
