Your Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead business development in the Balearic Islands (ideally based in Mallorca) , covering both the Club and HCP (Health, Corporate & Performance) sales segments. In this role, you will play a key part in developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts , fostering long-term partnerships with our clients while promoting Technogym’s premium range of products, services, and digital solutions .

Your Impact

• Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
• Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
• Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
• Increase customer satisfaction
• Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
• Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
• Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer / prospect visits in line with company sales code
