Senior.NET Developer - Gaming Sector

At ERNI, we’re looking for a Senior .NET Backend Developer to join one of our clients in the gaming sector . You’ll play a key role in building and optimizing web-based applications that make games more accessible, scalable, and engaging for millions of players worldwide.

What will you do?

Role

You’ll be part of an international team developing backend components to guarantee performance, scalability, and quality. Your role will involve :

• Developing backend components for new functionalities.
• Ensuring delivery of the highest quality in each sprint.
• Translating user stories and use cases into new functions of a web-based software product.
• Building new WebAPI methods for data consumption and presentation.
• Ensuring delivery of the highest quality functionality in each sprint.
• Implementing cache and optimized queries for performance management.
• Developing and maintaining tests and mockups.
• Applying best practices with a strong focus on usability, performance, and maintainability.

What are we looking for?

At least 5 years of experience with C#.

Strong knowledge of Code First (Fluent EF) , named queries , and LINQ queries .

Solid experience with .NET Core 7, Git, GitLab .

Deep understanding of database transactions and performance optimization .

Experience with REST APIs (WebAPI) including practices like Windows Authentication, Swagger, Attributes, Interceptors.

Previous experience with event-based architectures (CQS) .

Strong commitment to good development practices (SOLID, TDD, BDD, KISS, Dependency Injection, Inversion of Control, Clean Code).

Unit testing with xUnit, Moq .
