We are seeking a skilled Strategic Talent Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing the deployment of software and data engineers, experience designers, growth architects, and product managers to meet our business needs while ensuring each team member receives the right opportunities to support their immediate career development objectives and overall long-term professional goals.

You will optimize team design, billability, and achievement of business priorities through a deep awareness of the business environment, current available skills, cases, leads / proposals, and office / firm goals. You will build strong relationships with client-facing and product development teams and leadership to understand development needs, preferences, and constraints for staffing.
