This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Growth and Optimisation Manager at WELCOMEBEDS.This role requires a proactive, analytical, and commercially savvy professional with a strong background in sales growth, account management and optimisation strategies within the travel industry. It also involves day-to-day tasks related to optimizing XML data feeds, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing the overall functionality and performance of the clients and platforms.
Account Management : Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring long-term, profitable relationships.
Performance Optimisation : Analyze booking patterns, pricing strategies, and market trends to enhance client performance and competitiveness.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data insights to provide recommendations that improve conversion rates and maximize sales potential.
Work closely with internal teams (commercial, product, and tech) to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Market & Competitor Analysis : Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
Client Training & Support : Proven experience in client growth, sales, account management, or revenue optimisation within the travel, hospitality, or bed bank sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Fluent in English.
Indefinite contract.
