Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the food and beverage industry, with excellent analytical skills and ability to work within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- This is a 6-month internship opportunity with the possibility of incorporating into a permanent contract.
- Logistics : Ensure full deliveries, manage stocks, orders and stock breakages.
- Procurement : Handle day-to-day purchasing needs, pricelist / supplier data accuracy, non-food procurement and stock management.
- Menu engineering & F&B costs : Validate processes, implement menu changes, analyze performance and create improvement plans.
