Telesales with French and Dutch- 100% remote in Spain

Description Our client is an international company leader in the insurance sector that helps everyday people to be safer and protected. As part of the Belgian Telesales / Customer service department your main tasks will be the following : You will be answering inbound calls in French and offering insurances to the consumers. Consumers that have purchased a new appliance will give you a call to register their appliances. Capture all the details and confirm the registration once it's done. We will expect you to explain the legal warranty and offer, and tell about consumer and additional insurances.

Requirements You are native in French and Dutch (Flemish)

You have at least 1 year of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing / Customer service environment

You have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections.
