About The Role

We're seeking a talented Visual & Graphic Designer with Web Skills with a strong eye for branding, composition, and storytelling through design. In this role, you’ll lead the creation of visually compelling materials across digital channels while maintaining and updating our WordPress website. You should be comfortable working across print and digital formats, with a focus on marketing, brand, and product communication. This is a role for someone with solid design fundamentals and a modern aesthetic, who also understands the technical basics of implementing design on the web, and who is familiar with and uses cutting-edge AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution and maintenance of our website visuals and design, ensuring an optimal product communication while maintaining brand consistency
• Create high-quality visual assets for marketing and sales materials, including presentations, social media content, and digital campaigns
• Utilize AI tools effectively for design ideation, asset creation, and workflow optimization
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand design needs and translate requirements into visually compelling solutions
• Design and develop engaging web animations and interactive elements that enhance value proposition understanding of our audience
• Maintain and evolve our visual brand guidelines across all digital platforms
• Manage and update content on our WordPress website (no backend dev required)
• Apply design updates using HTML / CSS when needed (small adjustments, not full dev work)
