What We Are Looking For

2-3 years of experience with FIGMA as a Product Designer

A portfolio (uni, personal projects, or freelance work — we care about the thinking behind it)

Solid UX thinking and an eye for human behavior

The ability to take ownership, not just wait for instructions

Experience with Atomic Design methodology

Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to grow fast

Strong accountability and drive

What you'll be working on

Own the design process end-to-end : discovery, wireframes, prototypes, final UI

Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and our Creative Director to shape meaningful features

Simplify complexity into clear, intuitive flows that people love to use

Contribute to and help evolve our design system, keeping quality and speed in balance

Keep track of how your designs perform in the real world and push them further
