Permanent Contract - Madrid

🚩 What will your day-to-day life be like?

As part of our Accounting team in Spain and reporting to the Accounting Manager for Real Estate Companies, your main missions will include :

• Prepare quarterly (operational & financial) accounting closing for our companies.
• Keep quality in our Financial Statements, Balance and P&L on IFRS and Statutory point of view.
• Balance reconciliation.
• Calculation and recording of accounting provisions (income, expenses) related with Real Estate and RE Management companies.
• Analysis of Actuals vs. Budget and Forecast deviations.
• Support internal and external audit for all financial matters.
• Prepare Statutory Annual Accounts.
