Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to drive and inspire a senior technical team. In this role, you will provide both strategic and technical direction, ensuring the successful execution of complex projects while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will act as a bridge between your team, other technical departments, and the business, translating complex technical challenges into actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead a senior technical team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical direction

Cultivate a culture of autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Act as the primary interface between your team, other technical departments, and business stakeholders

Plan, allocate, and monitor project tasks to ensure efficient work distribution and timely delivery

Drive professional growth of team members through mentoring and tailored development plans

Define metrics, processes, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and productivity

Prepare and deliver management reports tracking project progress and adherence to timelines

Requirements

6+ years of experience in technical environments (software, digital electronics hardware, IP, or related fields)

At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 5+ people

Solid technical background to communicate effectively with senior engineers and translate complex challenges to non-technical stakeholders

Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary technical projects

Strong planning, organizational, and project oversight skills

Proven ability to engage, motivate, and retain high-level technical professionals

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Preferred / Standout Qualifications

Deep experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in CPU architecture, SoC design, or RISC-V ISA and ecosystem

Familiarity with modern hardware verification lifecycles and challenges (e.g., UVM, formal verification, coverage metrics)
