Job Description

Position : Functional Consultant, SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding

Location : UK or Republic of Ireland

Role

The functional consultant is responsible for the configuration of a SuccessFactors module within a project. This role covers both the internal and client‑facing activities required for successful implementation. Applying best practices, country‑specific knowledge, and technical know‑how, you will ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications. You will join our strong global SuccessFactors practice as the functional consultant for one or more Talent projects in the UK and Ireland. Your responsibilities include delivering the right quality of deliverables into the customer’s Production environment so that Strada meets the client’s expectations for go‑live and provides a platform for a long and mutually beneficial client relationship. You will ensure delivery according to the appropriate implementation methodology (FastTrack or SAP Activate) and support the Sales function with scoping, solution design, and estimating for projects and change requests.

Responsibilities

Solution Design

  • Lead or support required workshops, ensuring all decisions are accurately captured and recorded.
  • Define and document the overall configuration of the SuccessFactors module(s), balancing business, technical, and functional requirements.
  • At the end of the project, ensure a successful transition to maintenance teams.
  • Support project resources in defining solutions to keep delivery on time and within budget.

Data Migration

  • Organise and support data mapping with client and implementation teams.
  • Ensure the client fulfills their responsibilities for data cleansing and transformation.
  • Follow data security procedures and client requirements throughout the process.
  • Integrations

  • Support technical resources in defining integration requirements.
  • Deliver integration solution workshops and complete required documentation.
  • Test Activities

  • Carry out agreed Strada testing and ensure all issues are corrected prior to customer testing.
  • Requirements

  • Excellent experience in HR services delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with multiple end‑to‑end global (more than five countries) deployment projects in Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • In‑depth knowledge of one or more SuccessFactors Talent modules.
  • Minimum : SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Recruiting and Onboarding.
  • Desirable : Professional certifications.
  • Ability to run clear and engaging customer meetings and workshops.
