About the Role :
The Backoffice team plays a crucial role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to strengthening our work.
This position involves a variety of tasks, including :
- Ensuring quality control and sending assignments to the network
- Providing expertise in case management and supporting agents in their development
- Maintaining communication with customers, workshops, and partners
- Closely following up on ongoing cases
- Arranging additional services such as replacement vehicles, taxis, hotels, and organizing repatriation
