You will collaborate directly with our founding team in a fast-paced startup environment, tackling high-value problems for Fortune-500 customers from the government and private sectors.Who We're Looking For : - Experience : A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. We're looking for junior-level (1-2 years) and mid-level (3+ years) engineers with experience in machine learning and data science.- Technical Skills : Expert knowledge of Python and experience with other languages like Rust or C / C++. You should be proficient in developing and deploying software on the cloud (e.G., AWS), using Git, and managing CI / CD pipelines. A strong commitment to clean, maintainable code is essential.- Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with experts from different backgrounds.- Preferred : Familiarity with LLM tools and frameworks (HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs), distributed computing (Ray, Spark), and algorithm development.Perks & Benefits : - Compensation : Competitive salary, with a signing bonus and a retention bonus at the end of the contract.- Flexibility : This is a hybrid role with flexible working hours.
