Main Role :

Participate in the execution and support of a project to migrate virtual machines from other environments to Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP), using the OS-Migrate framework (based on Ansible) and associated technologies (virt-v2v, nbdkit, VDDK, Cinder, Nova, Neutron).

Responsibilities :

• OpenStack installation activities, upgrades, etc.
• Responsible for provisioning and configuring the necessary resources in OpenStack, ensuring they meet the requirements of each VNF (images, flavors, networks, security, Host Aggregates, etc.).
• Lead the gathering of infrastructure requirements for the migration (flavors, networks, high availability policies, projects, quotas, storage, server groups, etc.) and communications requirements (networks, L3, interconnections with required IP networks, ACLs, static routes, etc.).

Technical Requirements :

Strong experience in OpenStack (preferably Red Hat OpenStack Platform) :
