Job Title : Operations Director – Plant-Based
Location : Elgóibar, Basque Country
Salary range : 120,000-130,000 Euros + 20% Bonus and other benefits
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and optimize our clients operations in Elgóibar. The ideal candidate will combine strong strategy, supply chain expertise with a commercial mindset, driving efficiency, people growth, and customer satisfaction across their business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end operations, including supply chain, logistics, and procurement.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and commercial performance.
- Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to align operations with business goals.
- Manage budgets, resources, and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team.
- Work closely with other European Plants to drive operational Excellence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
