This fast-growing SaaS scale-up is tackling one of the toughest challenges in the vacation rental industry : giving property managers the tools to build direct relationships with their guests, without being locked into third-party marketplaces. Their platform integrates deeply with Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, and now they’re scaling their mobile experience to meet growing global demand.

They’re searching for a Staff Mobile Engineer (React Native) to guide the future of their mobile application. In this role, you’ll balance hands-on building with technical leadership, ensuring the app is performant, scalable, and evolving in step with customer needs. The impact you make here will directly shape how property managers engage with their guests worldwide.

What you’ll do

Act as a technical leader for the mobile team, setting direction, mentoring, and ensuring engineering excellence.

Build and optimise cross-platform features in React Native for iOS and Android, keeping pace with the SaaS web app.

Proactively address performance, reliability, and user experience challenges.

Strengthen CI / CD workflows (e.g. Fastlane pipelines) for smooth, predictable releases.

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver user-centred, high-quality features.

Define mobile best practices, manage technical debt, and scale architecture for the long term.

What we’re looking for

7+ years in mobile development, with deep expertise in React Native (iOS + Android).

Background in RESTful APIs, Git workflows, testing frameworks, and performance optimisation.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and tools like Fastlane.

Excellent communication skills for working across distributed, global teams.

A pragmatic leader who can balance fast product iteration with sustainable architecture.

Remuneration up to €120k OTE .

100% remote : work from Europe, South Africa, or Egypt (GMT+3 overlap required).
