Déménager à Barcelona - French Junior Campaign Specialist (Google Ads)

Teleperformance Spain is looking for a creative, data-driven French Marketing Campaign Specialist in Barcelona.

What you will do :

In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help develop their first online advertising campaigns, potentially impacting their business significantly. It is a target-driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.

Responsibilities include :

Serving as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC Campaigns for clients

Understanding customer needs and objectives

Increasing spend, upselling, and ensuring sustainability

Handling a high volume of potential clients via phone calls daily

Requirements :

BA / BS degree or equivalent (MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus)

Preferred qualifications :

1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising

Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets

Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English

Good time management and organizational skills

Strong analytical skills

Customer-focused with ownership of business goals

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Benefits :

Full-time position (39h / week, Monday to Friday)

Salary : €22,785 gross / year + up to €2,734 gross / year in bonus
