At Winning Consulting, we are seeking a Business Analyst to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the industry sector in Madrid (Hybrid).

Responsibilities Develop and manage processes for measuring and monitoring data quality, ensuring that the data used across the organization is reliable.

Maintain the integrity and completeness of the organization's data glossary, ensuring that data terms and definitions are standardized and accessible to all stakeholders.

Collaborate with local and global teams to implement effective data governance frameworks, driving forward the organization's capabilities and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Implement and manage data visualization tools to represent data quality insights clearly and effectively, helping stakeholders understand trends and areas for improvement.

Engage with key stakeholders such as data owners, data stewards, and data product owners, providing them with necessary support for aspects of data quality and governance.

Ensure seamless integration of data management practices into business and analytics processes, promoting the use of high-quality data in decision-making.

Drive continuous improvements in data quality management and governance practices, identifying new opportunities and collaborating with global teams to enhance the organization's overall data capabilities.

Skills / Qualifications Degree in Business, Data, IT, Mathematics or similar.

Experience with data glossary tools or metadata management systems, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of data definitions and standards.

Proficiency in using data visualization tools (Power BI) to represent data quality metrics and insights in an accessible and actionable format.

Knowledge of data management and quality tools such as SQL, Snowflake, and other relevant data quality software.

Experience with Python and Power Automate is beneficial.

Knowledge of project management and knowledge-sharing tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
