Payroll Transformation Lead

We are seeking a skilled Payroll and Digital Process Experience Lead to drive transformation across People Excellence operations, with a focus on payroll efficiency and compliance.

• Lead the governance council to drive compliance, controls, and KPI oversight in payroll services.
• Ensure statutory adherence via audits, documentation, and training while maintaining payroll process and legislative documentation.
• Monitor vendors and streamline contracts for cost optimization, including integrations with time and attendance tools.
• Promote digitisation of payroll processing across platforms and geographies, standardising processes while aligning with local compliance guidelines.
• Lead automation projects for onboarding contract and background checks via SuccessFactors, managing UAT, change management, and communications.
• Enhance internal HR hubs to enable self-service and reduce support requests, especially for payroll.

Extensive experience in payroll operations, HR shared services, or global business services is essential. Proven track records in delivering payroll and HR automation and digitisation projects are also required.
