Overview The EOM 2026 project requires a skilled IT expert to enhance democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention in selected third countries.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for :

  • Designing and maintaining IT infrastructure for international operations;
  • Managing websites and content management systems;

Providing expertise in communications, including satellite, GPS and VHF / HF technologies.

  • Key qualifications A degree in computer science, IT or mathematics, or equivalent training and experience;
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure, website management and CMS;

    • Proficiency in English and EU EOM working language (C2).

  • We seek a candidate with At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure for international operations (Cat I) or at least 5 years (Cat II);
  • Experience working in challenging logistical environments;

    • Election observation mission experience is highly valued.
