Overview We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer with strong leadership capabilities and deep user-centered design expertise. You will lead UX workstreams in complex, high-impact projects, mentor junior designers, and act as a bridge between user needs and business goals. This role demands a high level of ownership, communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on design execution.

Essential Functions

Lead discovery activities, user research, and UX strategy formulation in relation to products

Design and deliver wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes, and interaction models

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align user needs and business objectives

Drive continuous user testing, validation, and iteration based on insights

Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other UX / UI designers

Actively contribute to and help evolve the Bunge Design System for the UX perspective

Promote UX best practices across the organization and advocate for the user

Guide design documentation, knowledge sharing, and governance processes

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Psychology, or equivalent will be a plus.

6+ years of experience in UX roles with proven leadership in design execution or product building

Portfolio that demonstrates complex UX challenges and system thinking

Expertise in end-to‑end UX process (discovery through delivery)

Strong skills in Figma and research tools (e.g. Maze, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar)

Data‑driven mindset; comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative research

Advanced understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles

Experience with agile / scrum delivery models and design systems

Experience working with global teams and digital products at scale

Certification in UX (e.g., NN / g, HFI) is a plus
