Responsibilities
- Administrative and logistical support to the sales team in the management of opportunities and clients.
- Organize and maintain sales pipeline, contracts and documentation related to post-production projects.
- Perform general administrative tasks, in collaboration with administration, such as invoice processing and client files.
- Follow up on proposals and quotes sent to clients, ensuring they are received and reviewed.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide information on services and ensure smooth communication between the company and clients.
- Collect and organize data related to sales performance for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure projects are on schedule and delivered on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients, contracts, and transactions.
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations and promotional material.
- Continual learning and staying up-to-date with trends and news in the post-production industry to provide better support.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, sales administration or as a sales support.Desirable knowledge of market trends of the audiovisual sector.Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.Proficient in MS Office package, especially MS Excel.Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.Excellent communication skills.Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.Team player and self-motivated.Ability to handle confidential information with due discretion and maintain client and project privacy.Details
