Responsibilities
Working closely with the Indeed team and the Indeed Manager in WTC, you will be responsible for the development of the platform in the Iberia market. We are looking for a results-oriented business sales professional to join our Indeed-Glasdoor team, focused on delivering value-driven solutions that help our Strategic Accounts portfolio find top talent as well as in developing new business.
Your main responsibilities are :
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs.
- Regular follow up with clients to ensure needs are met and identify new opportunities. Ensure the continued value of WTC products and services.
- Increase the client base of the platform and develop upsale opportunities.
- Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Reach the business objectives and position the brand through the following up of the marketing activities.
- Own the development of a positive and collaborative relationship with the Indeed teamIndeed team. Support prospecting activities with the Indeed team.

- Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services
- Manage communication between client and partner
- Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
- Increase the client base of the platform and develop upsale opportunites
- Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support prospecting activities with the Indeed team.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities and develop Account Planning.
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related disciplineAt least 5 years of experience in a similar position in HR consulting, especially in recruitmentExperience working with large accounts, offering solutions tailored to their needsProficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systemsActive team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.Fluent in both English and Spanish.What do we offer?
