Contract-to-hire position (Temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.)

Mission :

The main goal of this role would be to act as a technically strong Quality counterpart to the R&D teams (FW, Cloud, App), taking ownership of :

• Consolidating and analyzing field data related to connectivity problems.
• Leading issue resolution processes with all stakeholders (Q, AfS, Cloud, FW, R&D).
• Ensuring we have reliable quality KPIs and visibility over product performance.
• Driving alignment between validation, releases, and quality expectations.
• Contributing to the definition of validation protocols for future connected product developments.
