Overview Job Opportunity : Senior Mobile Engineer - React Native

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mobile Engineer with expertise in React Native to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting high-performance mobile experiences and have a strong understanding of software development principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building key parts of our navigation app, including sail routing and weather overlays, real-time navigation, and marine data visualization. This is a mission-critical interface used offshore, offline, and under stress, so reliability, performance, and clarity are paramount.

Responsibilities Design and develop complex mobile interfaces using React Native and native components where needed.

Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to bring powerful navigation features to life.

Optimize performance across a wide range of devices and screen sizes.

Contribute to the overall app architecture and help define best practices in frontend development.

Your Background A minimum of 7 years of mobile development experience, including at least 5 years building production React Native apps.

Strong computer science fundamentals.

Deep understanding of TypeScript , React , and modern front-end patterns.

Solid experience building and maintaining native modules in Java and Objective-C, including Turbo and / or Nitro Modules.
