• Your responsibilities :
• As our Coverage Support Analyst, you will :
• Coverage support
• Ad hoc clients request on product characteristics, documentation, data…
• Regular reports. Customized or ready to send.
• Salesforce tool maintenance
• Preparation of Marketing Material and Sales presentation.
• Compliance checks.
• Marketing and events´ support.
• Client onboarding procedures.
• Fulfilment of compliance requests to operate with institutional and distributors.
• Support for legal and administrative tasks.
• Client service support for Spain, Portugal, Italy and France.
• We are looking for :
• 1-2 years financial experience and similar support position
• Asset Management expertise in ETFs (exchange traded funds) and operational process.
• Advanced level in Excel and Power Point.
• Experience in managing MS Copilot and its apps.
• Programming in Python and / or C++ is a plus.
• Bloomberg Terminal and Salesforce tool is a plus.
• Capacity to innovate and being creative.
• Languages
• Spanish : fully proficient
• English : fluent
• French and / or Italian : desirable
• Portuguese : desirable
