Job Title : Technical Specialist

Job Description :

• Implement and support technical solutions for clients, adhering to agreed designs.
• Develop detailed technical designs that meet customer requirements, leveraging broad domain knowledge.
• Lead small to medium-sized technical projects, working under the direction of project or technical managers and in collaboration with customers.
• Liaise with solutions architects as needed, providing technical input and support on application deployment.
• Offer advice on solution and integration opportunities within defined business segments.
• Provide technical leadership on specific integration activities, contributing to the development of solution architectures for multi-system environments.
• Communicate effectively with client communities, adding value through expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Domain : Telecom industry knowledge is essential.

Protocol : SIP and RTP protocols are required.

Application : SBC and PBX knowledge is necessary.

Scripting : Shell scripting skills are a must.

Platforms : Familiarity with Oracle SBC, Cisco Call Manager, and Broadwork platforms is required.
