This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled director to develop and execute an annual commercial plan, drive business growth, and manage sales & marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute an annual commercial plan and sales targets to maximize revenue across business units (rooms, food and beverage, spa, events).Lead and manage sales and marketing teams with clear direction, motivation, and support.Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and managing key accounts and partnerships (travel agencies, tour operators, meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, corporate).Oversee marketing, public relations, branding, and digital campaigns to elevate hotel visibility and demand.Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and distribution strategies.Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar senior sales and marketing role within the luxury hospitality industry (preferably resort experience).Degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field.Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Solid leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and team development skills.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, and market trends.Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.What We Offer
