Key Responsibilities :

• Develop enterprise-level observability strategies to drive business outcomes.
• Translate business needs into observable KPIs, maturity models, and functional Service Level Objectives (SLOs) using strong knowledge of tools like Dynatrace, Elastic, Netscout.
• Apply artificial intelligence concepts in IT operations (AIOps, ITOM) to enhance predictive observability, reduce noise, and enable causal analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and maximize value from initiatives.
