What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Project Director to lead and oversee all phases of a desalination plant project (civil works, engineering, assembly, commissioning), under EPC or similar contractual models.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered within scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and environmental standards, while meeting contractual requirements and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Act as the overall project leader and main point of contact with the client and key stakeholders (owner, regulatory authorities, local communities).
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations (EPC / O&M / other related agreements).

Planning and Control

Financial and Cost Management

Technical and Quality Management

Procurement and Supply Management

Construction, Assembly, and Commissioning

Risk and Compliance Management

Team Leadership and Coordination

Reporting and Performance Monitoring
