Business Operations Senior Manager

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced operational leader to shape how we operate at scale by owning transformational initiatives that will define our organizational capability for years to come.

As Senior Manager, Business Operations, you'll own 1-2 company-defining initiatives that span the entire organization, partnering closely with our COO and Chief of Staff to build the operational foundation that enables us to scale without losing our agility or culture. You'll be the operational force behind the programs that matter most—whether that's reimagining how we set goals, transforming cross-functional collaboration, or building the systems that unlock our next phase of growth.

Own Transformational Initiatives

• Lead 1-2 Strategic Programs : Take full ownership of company-wide initiatives that fundamentally improve how we operate—major process redesigns, framework implementations, cross-functional capability building, or cultural transformations
• End-to-End Accountability : Design the strategy, build stakeholder alignment, drive execution, and ensure sustainable adoption with measurable business impact
• Navigate Organizational Complexity : Manage competing stakeholder priorities, facilitate difficult decisions, and keep momentum on initiatives that involve the entire leadership team
