This is a hands-on sales and advisory role for experienced real estate professionals ready to deliver value from lead to closing—and beyond.
Qualify inbound leads using our structured consultation process.
Organize and host virtual property presentations and market briefings.
Manage the full acquisition process : from property selection and negotiation to legal / financial coordination and post-sale support.
Facilitate or supervise client interactions with lawyers, banks, and property managers.
Minimum 2 years of real estate experience on Costa del Sol
Deep understanding of buyer needs and the local market dynamics
Fluent in English (German, French, Polish, Swedish or other languages are a plus)
Digital-first mindset — comfortable using CRMs, virtual tools, and mobile workflows
