Job Title : SAP HCM Technical Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM technical consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation projects, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP HCM solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and implement SAP HCM solutions, including payroll structure, rules, and functions.

Develop and maintain ABAP programs to support these tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need :

More than 5 years of experience in payroll implementation / maintenance, specifically in configuring the payroll structure, rules and functions, social security, bonus payments, taxes, accounting, transfers, etc.

Experience in ABAP programming to be self-sufficient in these tasks (debugging is not enough).
