Sales Development Representative (SDR) - German Speaker | 100% Remote | Full Time | Outbound B2B Sales
Are you a confident communicator with proven experience in B2B cold calling and lead generation? We are looking for a German-speaking SDR to join our high-performing, fast-paced team. This remote outbound role involves engaging decision-makers through calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify leads.
What We’re Looking For :
Fluent in German at a NATIVE LEVEL (spoken and written)
At least 1–2 years of B2B cold calling or lead generation experience with measurable success
Excellent communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach tools
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Self-driven, target-focused, and performance-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation : Reach out to B2B prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Sales Engagement : Qualify leads, present value propositions, and secure meetings
Database Management : Research, source, and maintain accurate lead data
Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies
