Construction Project Manager (d / f / m)

Overview

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager (d / f / m) to join our Project Development team in Madrid!

How you’ll be hosting with heart :

You will lead projects from company perspective, ensuring full alignment with objectives and contractual obligations

You are responsible for improving the look and feel of our properties and ensuring the long-term satisfaction of our guests

You will oversee the whole design process for our new properties, from interior concepts to actual selection and planning of furniture solutions

You will evaluate buildings and projects in terms of location, design and layout, also by actively visiting new properties and assisting in their development

You will suggest design solutions for specific assets, deal with landlords and coordinate with external stakeholders, from signing to construction of projects

You are familiar with dealing with country-specific regulations regarding both architectural and touristic requirements

Responsibilities
