As Head of Construction, you’ll play a central role in this journey - driving the rollout of new facilities across Europe, from complex greenfield builds to the rehabilitation of existing sites.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate international construction projects (greenfield and rehabilitation).

Manage strategy, due diligence, and execution of new sites across Spain and Europe.

Oversee delivery of MV / LV systems, UPS, generators, precision cooling, BMS / SCADA.

Work hands-on in the field while also steering international project teams.

Build strong relationships with EPCs, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure QA / QC, safety, and sustainability standards are consistently achieved.

Drive improvements in energy efficiency (PUE, WUE) and implement innovative solutions.

Report to senior directorship and align construction strategy with corporate objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong leadership and ability to coordinate international, multidisciplinary teams.

Deep technical knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure.

Results-driven, analytical, and decisive.

Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Adaptability to demanding, fast-paced environments.

5–7 years’ experience managing complex construction projects (data center experience preferred).

Proven track record in both greenfield and retrofit projects.

Experience coordinating international teams and stakeholders.

• Fluent in Spanish and English;

other European languages are advantageous.

Willingness to travel across Europe regularly.
