✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

  • 8+ years of experience in service design, UX, experience strategy, or related fields.
  • Deep expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and design thinking methodologies .
  • Strong background in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor design teams.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Figma, FigJam, Jira, and Confluence .
  • Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in facilitating ideation, synthesis, and co-creation workshops.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have :

  • Experience in Food & Beverage or Luxury Brand sectors.
  • Background in B2B, B2C , or omnichannel service environments.

    • WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Design and optimize end-to-end service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, and experience frameworks.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and pain points.
  • Translate insights into strategic opportunities and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, marketing, and business teams to align design with goals.
  • Define and monitor service experience metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT, usability).
  • Promote inclusive design, accessibility, and design thinking across the organization.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level designers in areas like persona development and data analysis.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate emerging practices into service design.
